We’re excited to launch our new website, which will house all of our episodes, blogs and other content as we get up and rolling into Coastal Carolina spring sports 2025!
We’ve had some great content lately, talking with our new football coordinators who will hopefully reshape and revamp Coastal Football heading into the upcoming season following a disappointing 6-7 campaign including the embarrassing Myrtle Beach Bowl loss to UTSA. Chilly, TD and I eagerly anticipate what new OC Drew Hollingshead and DC Jeremiah Johnson bring to the table in terms of getting things turned around on both sides of the football to re-establish a winning program with a winning culture.
It was also a lot of fun to preview the 2025 Coastal Baseball team with first-year head coach Kevin Schnall, who is certainly not a newcomer to the Chants having not only been an outstanding player here for Gary Gilmore but also serving as Gilley’s right-hand so to speak for more than two decades. Coach Schnall is very excited about his pitching staff, which is awesome to hear because you can never have too many arms. And with a tremendous schedule lined up, fans coming out to Springs Brooks should see some great baseball.
Our Coastal Carolina Women’s Basketball team is having a very strong season in Coach Kevin Pederson’s 3rd year, as he has this program on the right track, with the right culture, beating teams with #CoastalChaos! It’s been fun to follow them and hopefully they’ll finish strong and make a deep run in the Sun Belt Tournament.
