Steve “Chilly” Childers, a 1995 graduate of Coastal Carolina, serves as the Alumni Association President and is a dedicated Chanticleer fan, often seen at games and in the press box. Travis “TD” Dannelly, a former Chanticleer athlete from 2002–2006, lives with his family in historic Conway, balancing hunting, coaching, and tailgating with his love for Coastal. Joe “Info Joe” Cashion was the voice of Coastal football for a decade and part of the Chanticleer Sports Radio Network for 21 seasons before retiring in 2023. His family, including two Coastal alumni, resides in Ridgeway’s countryside.
